- Blend 3 mango. Pour the mango pulp in bowl then add 80gm corn flour, 2 tbsp milk powder, 1 tbsp custard powder,½ cup water and mix well.
- Take a kadhai/pan add 1 cup sugar and then add 1 cup water. Stir and disolve the sugar on medium flame. Pour the batter on it. Keep stirring the mixture on low flame.
- When mixture starts thickens, keep adding 1tbsp ghee slowly till it absorbs. Add 1 tsp cardamom powder and mix it. After sometime ghee starts separating. Close the flame.
- Grease the plate and transfer the mixture. Garnish with dry fruits.
- Cool it for 30 minutes or keep in freezer for 15 minutes. Halwa is ready to serve.
