- Kned till no lumps..Then add semolina, maida, baking powder, cardamom powder, saffron, food colour and again start to kned..kned till become very fine mixture..
- Now take small chana dough make ball and by your palm on plate roll it and give jilebi shape..If any crakes occurs fix it with finger...
- Fry them medium heat till golden brown..Don't fry them in high heat..
- Before start frying them prepared sugar syrup upto 1 string consistency..Put hot fried jalebis into sugar syrup in high flame..keep on flame another 2 mins.. switch of flame..Keep jalepis into syrup atleast an hour..
- Plate your jalebis with syrup from top, for garnesing added some crushed almonds..
- After overnight it sucks syrup and makes fluffy and more soft..
