  2. In another pan add ghee add cardimom..when hot add suji 1 cup.fry well until change colour.u can fry for 7 minute or if wants dark colloue fry for 10 minutes.bt not more then 10 minutes.it may burn.
  3. Now turn off heat add sugar syrup,it should be hot.carefully add all sugar syrupand.mix well.and put all mixture on flame.cook for 3 minutes on low heat.it gets thicken
  4. Now cover and cook for 2 minutes.now remove lid.garnish with almonds or pistasio.coconut or raison.it's all ur choice.halwa is ready for serve.
