- 2 tbsp clarified butter
- 1/2 cup khoya

Instructions to make Carrot Halwa
- Dry roast nuts on low heat until crunchy
- Set aside to cool And chop them
- Bring milk to a boil in a heavy bottom pot or deep pan
- Add grated carrot And began to stir.. cook until the milk has completely evaporated... Keep stirring in between to prevent burning..
- Add sugar and stir. Sugar will release lot of moisture
- Cook until half the moisture evaporate. Add ghee and stir well. Continue to cook until the moisture evaporate and the halwa thicken
- Add khoya
- Stir And cook for just 2 to 3 minutes
- Garnish carrot halwa with nuts or whatever u like
- Serve warm or chill
