- Elaichi powder or few drops lemon juice dal ke mix krain, chmch say sheeray ki consistency check krain, jab last drop slow giray toh sheera ready ha
- Oil ko ek pan ma grm krain, medium then low par rakh dain.
- Jalebi ke mixture ko saaf ketchup ki bottle ma dal ke b bana sktay hain, ya ksi piping bag ma.
- Oil ma daltay jaen, pan ke bottom ma jalebi bnay phr float ho ke auper ay itni heat rkhni ha.
- Oil say nkal ke sheeray ma dalain,5min baad serving plate ma nkal dain.
- Ready hain.
