  1. For Gajjar Halwa: Take a pan on low flame add ghee and grated carrots. Saute it for a min then add milk.
  2. Let it cooked and get milk half. Than add sugar. And keep stirring
  3. Than add cardamom powder, poppy seeds and let it get cooked. Once the halwa start releasing ghee the halwa is done. Keep a side and let get cool.
  4. For Custard: In a small bowl take 3-4 tsp of cold milk and add custard powder. Stir till it get dissolve. Keep a side.
  5. Now take a milk pan add remaining milk and keep on medium flame. Stir it in middle. Let it get full boil. Add sugar and stir it and keep boiling.
  6. Now add custard milk to the boiling milk. Continuously stir it and see to it that it doesn't get lumps. Get smooth and thick custard. Off the gas.
  7. Chop dry fruits. I took only almonds and cashews. Chop all fresh fruits. I took kiwi, promogranate, strawberries, apple, banana, chickoo, grapes.
  8. Start assembling the custard glass. At the bottom spread the both dry fruits. Place gajjar halwa as second layer. Press it and settle it properly. Pour thick custard on it and refrigerate for 2 hrs.
  9. Take out from the fridge and place all fresh fruits as u like it. Serve chill and Enjoy the fusion.
