Add elaichi powder to it. You can put few drops of syrup on a plate and with wet hands take little syrup between thumb finger and index finger can check for one string consistency.
- While preparing sugar syrup keep stirring the besan mixture continuously. Add the remaining ghee to the mixture.
- The colour of besan changes and you get nice aroma.It takes around 12 to 15 minutes. Add finely chopped badam and cashew nut pieces to the besan mix. Now slowly add one string consistency sugar syrup to the besan mixture and mix well. Remove from the stove and allow it to cool.

- With the remaining besan mixture finish making laddus with above procedure.
