- Heat ghee in a pan,add besan and roast on low flame till raw aroma of besan disappears.It will take about 15-20 minutes.Add almond powder.Mix.
- Add dry fruits and cardamom powder.Mix well.Take out besan in a bowl and let it be cooled completely.
- When besan is cool,add sugar powder and kewra water.Mix well and make laddus.If required add more ghee.Garnish with pistachio flakes.
- Besan Laddus are ready to serve.Enjoy.
