  10. Roll it like spring rolls.
  11. In a hot oil deep fry the spring rolls.
  12. Take a plate, add, desiccated coconut powder, castor sugar, cinnamon powder and mix it
  13. Coat the spring rolls and cut it into pieces.
  14. Garnishing with mango puree, add chopped tutti frutti and place the spring rolls on it
  15. Halwa kheer spring rolls is ready.
