  1. Take a mixing bowl,add maida, corn flour and curd into it.
  2. Then add vinegar and water according to consistency of batter.
  3. Mix them well and add baking soda and give a gentle mix.
  4. Now pour this batter in the tomato sauce bottle.
  5. Heat the oil in pan and add ghee.
  6. Squeeze the bottle and make round spirals with the batter.
  7. Fry the JALEBIS till they are golden and crispy.
  8. Then drop the jalebis in the warm syrup for 3o seconds.(syrup should be 1 string consistency).
  9. Your crispy sweet JALEBIS are ready to serve.
