- 5 kg Halwa kaddo
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cup sugar or as per taste
- 10 Elaichi danay
- 3 tsp Desi ghee
- 4 tsp Cooking ghee
- 1 kg Milk with malai on it
Instructions to make Desi Homemade Halwa Kaddo
- Take the Halwa kaddu and peel it and cut it into small pieces and put it in a pot and put Half cup water in it and let it cook for and hour on medium heat.
- Now put the one kg of milk and 2 cup of sugar in it and mix it now cook for some time so that it becomes one.meanwhile.
- Take an other pot put the Elaichi in it and desi ghee and cooking ghee in it and...
- Now put it on fire and heat it for a while and than put it on the halwa and put a glass top in halwa for a minute
- Now the main part starts as we will cook it on medium fire and stirr all along so that it will not burn and cook for about and hour so that it cooks prperly and khooshboo comes in all the house.
