  2. Now add sugar and water, cardamom powder,add lemon juice let it boil till one string consistency.
  3. Now take a bowl at corn flour and rose essence and rose water boiled(one cup cornflour : one & half cup rose water).Stir well without no lumps.
  4. Now add the cornflour mixture into boiling sugar syrup.
  5. Stir continuously for 10 minutes,we can see how quickly it changes to halwa consistency.
  6. Add ghee in a pan and roasted dry fruits,than add the ghee roasted dry fruits on halwa.
  7. Add ghee and stir well.Transfer halwa to ghee greased plate and let it sit for 1 hour.
