Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Abc halwa:
- 4 apple (peeled and grated)
- 3-4 carrots (peeled and grated)
- 2 medium size beetroot (peeled and grated)
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 4 tbsp malai (optional)
- 1 cup sugar (or adjust the quantity according to your taste)
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tbsp chopped cashews
- 2 tbsp chopped almonds
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 500 ml milk
Instructions to make Abc halwa
- Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a heavy bottom pan. Add in the grated apple, beetroot and carrot.
- Mix it well and cook on low flame till moisture evaporates.
- Now add milk and keep stirring. Cook till milk reduces to half.
