- 3/4 (150 grams) cup shugar
- 1 tsp cardamom seeds
- Chandi ka warkk (as required)
- Almonds ¼ cup sliced
- Pistachios ½ cup sliced
Instructions to make QALAQAND (Doodh ka Halwa)
- Boil milk on high flame. When its boiled, slow the flame medium low and keep the milk on flame.
- When its evaporates and reduced milk, keep stirring. Add cardamom seeds.
- When all the milk reduced and evaporates the water its becomes granulated (danedar), in this stage add shugar and keep stirring.
