- Now add 1 tsp Oil in the same kadai add spinach (palak) puree and all the spices mentioned above and saute and mix well till the spinach (palak) puree becomes thick.
- Take a mixing bowl add boiled and mashed green peas and sweet corn kernels add spinach (palak) mixture and roasted onion and gram flour powder and chopped coriander leaves and mint leaves and boiled and mashed potatoes and salt and mix it well.
- Then take ice-cream sticks and half cover it with the mixture and set it.
- Take a non-stick pan add little oil and bake it properly.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve with lentil dip.
