  1. Soak almonds for 4 to 5 hours. In winter soak in warm water so that it's easy to peel them. Peel them and make a fine paste in mixer
  2. Take half of ghee in pan. Add badam paste and roast for 5 min on low flame..Now add rest of ghee and wheat flour and roast till light golden brown on low flame. Don't high the flame or aflour will get burn.
  3. Till nicely roasted and u get the aromat smell around you keep on roasting till golden brown
  4. When nicely roasted add water and sugar and briskly stir so that no lumpsarer formed.. Keep the flame high and stir continuously till water incorporates with water and halwa starts leaving ghee in pan.
  5. Garnish with chopped almonds and serve hot to ur loved ones
