- Mix Flour, cornflour, soda, yoghurt and water to form a smooth and flowing batter but not too loose. It should not drop on it's own from the cone.... That's the consistency needed.
- Take 3/4 cup of Sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a saucepan. Boil until sugar dissolves. No need of string consistency. Switch off and add few drops of lemon juice.
- Take milk... 1/4 cup of sugar... Add 2 bread slices(without edges)... Mix everything well and boil until it's thick like a Rabari. Add Cardamom powder and sliced almonds. Add few drops of kewra water. Keep aside to cool and refrigerate.
