- In other pan add 1/4 cup sugar and 2 spoons water and make the caramel.
- When the sugar gets golden brown, switch off the flame add to the halwa pan.
- Mix everything well and add a spoonful of ghee.
- Until getting the halwa consistency, mix well and add ghee in certain interval.
- It will take hardly 1 hour and 30 mins for perfect texture.
- When the ghee starts released from halwa switch off the flame. Until then mix well in low flame.
- Tasty wheat halwa ready. serve hot or cold.
