  6. Add food colour(I used green, you can add any food cokor) and 1tsp ghee. Mix well. Till this time, the mixture is thick, shinny, transparent and has left the sides of pan.
  7. Remove it in a greased tin and put chopped dry fruits. Press them slightly. You can even add 1/4 cup of dry fruits in the pan itself and use rest for garnishing. Let it set for 2 hrs at room temperature. Cut and serve.
