  3. In a kadai put Ghee and heat it then add carrot and Fry for 5 minutes then add boiled milk and cook for 20 minutes in the low flame..
  4. Then add in the carrot halwa sugar and mix well and add all the dry fruits and elaichi powder and cook for 10 minutes...off the flame..
  5. Delicious carrot halwa is ready.... Granish with dry fruits.....
