  2. Now roll out the dough into a thick disk and cut into round shaped pieces. You can use a cookie cutter or small bowl. Or take a small portion of dough and roll it on your greased palm and lightly press it. Use any mould for your desired design.
  3. Heat oil in a wok and fry these thekuas on medium heat until golden brown from both sides. Don't fry on high flame otherwise they were not cook well inside.
  4. Take them out on an absorbent paper. Thekuas can be stored in air tight container for about twenty days (Store these in container when cooled down completely.)
