- 9 pav
- 1 ltr milk
- 250 g ghee
- As per taste Sugar
- 8-9 almonds,cashew, pistachio
- 100 g mava
- Pinch jarda clr (yellow)
- Pinch cardamom powder
- as needed Saffron
Steps to make Pav halwa
- First, heat up the ghee and fry the pav if you want bread slice you can as per your choice but I used pav, fry the pav one by one and take it aside
- In a same pan or vessel add milk, sugar, safforn, khoya, cardamom powder, jarda colour, and cook it
- When the milk boiled add fried pav.
- Mix it well and cook till pav became so soft and we'll combined
- In a other pan add some more ghee.when ghee heat up add sliced dry fruit... Saute 2 min
- Add dry fruit into the halwa
- Note :- you can use oil or dalda ghee instead of ghee
