- 1 cup seera powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1 cup water
Instructions to make Seera Halwa
- Take a bowl add seera and sugar and add water just to cover the seera only.Do not add much water.And keep it aside for half an hour.
- After that mix it well, a thick batter will form.
- Now take a wok add ghee and heat it. Now add batter mixture into the ghee and stir well for 5 minutes continously and cook it for 10 minutes continously stir. Sticky batter will change in to thick halwa. Our delicious seera halwa is ready to serve. Garnish with tutti fruitti. Enjoy!
