  4. 1 pinch or 2 Baking soda
  5. 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
  6. 1 cup Sugar

  1. In a bowl, take all ingredients except sugar and oil and mix it well and if required add water in it and prepare a sticky batter and leave it overnight.
  2. Now pour this batter in any piping bag or sauce bottle.
  3. Then heat generous amount of oil in a wok, make jalebi of it and deep fry them until it gets nice golden colour.
  4. Meanwhile, take sugar and 1/2 cup of water in vessels and prepare sugar syrup of one string consistency.
  5. Once jalebies are fried put them into sugar syrup of a minute or 2 then take them out.
  6. Your jalebi is ready to serve now.
