- 50gm Sugar-
- 2tbsp Ghee-
- 1cup Milk-
- 1tsp Cardamom powder
- 2tbsp Chopped almonds and pistachios

Instructions to make Dates Halwa
- Remove seeds from dates and grind in grinder and make a paste.if necessary you can add 2tsp water in grinder.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Add grinded dates.stir and cook on medium flame. Cook till golden and add milk and Sugar.stir continuously.
- Cook further till mixture leaves the sides of the pan. Add cardamom powder and some chopped nuts. Off the flame. Serve hot garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios and kismis.
