- Soak suji in water for half an hour first than In a wok add ghee and heat it. Add Cardamoms.Let them crackle.
- Now add sugar in it. Melt it on very low flame.It will become light brown in color.
- Pour off excess water from suji and add in sugar. Be careful on this stage. Now start mixing it.
- On low flame keep on stiring. Till oil separates and raw smell of suji disappear.
- Add nuts in it and you can add khoya before serving if you want. Ready to serve
- Serve hot.
