  3. Add ghee and mix well.
  4. Next add sugar or as required, elachi powder and jaiphal javitri.


    Mix well.
  5. Simmer till the halwa mixture starts to thicken and reduces more. stir at intervals.
  6. Now add khoya and mix well.
  7. Garnish with khoya or chopped dry fruits 👍.
