  2. 1 cup Sugar
  3. 1 Green cardamom
  4. Lemon juice 1 t spoon (sugar syrup)
  5. Jalebi
  6. 2-3 tbs Water lukewarm
  7. 1 tsp Sugar
  8. Instant yeast 1/ t spoon
  9. 1 cup Flour
  10. Orange Food colour as required
  11. 1 tbs Ghee melted
  12. Gram flour 1 Tb spoon
  13. Water as required
  14. Oil for frying

Steps to make Jalebi

  1. In a pan take all sheera ingredients and make syrup
  2. Jalebi: In lukewarm water,add sugar and instant yeast,mix & let it sit for 15 minute
  3. Mix all jalebi ingredients Yeast mixture and rest for 15 minutes
  4. Heat oil in a wok squeeze the bottle and make centric rings with the batter.When one side is cooked, turn over and fry the other side
  5. After frying put the fried jalebis in syrup. (The sugar syrup should be slightly warm)turn over after a minute so that both sides are coated with the syrup.Keep them in the sugar syrup for about 2-3 minutes.Remove jablebis from syrup and serve hot hot 🥵
