- 100 gms Wheat Flour (Atta)
- 100 gms Gram Flour (Besan)
- 50 gms Semolina (Suji)
- 100 gms Desi Ghee
- 100 gms Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 cup Dry fruits (Watermelon Seeds, Cashew nuts, Raisin)
- 4 Cardamom
- 20-30 gms Khoya
Steps to make Magaj Laddu
- First arrange all the ingredients preparation for Laddus.
- Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Add Gram Flour, mix and roast on medium heat till fragrant and golden. Transfer to another Bowl. Again heat ghee and add Wheat Flour and roast till fragrant and brown, then add Khoya and roast it for 5 mins. Then transfer another Bowl. Similarly, roast Semolina with remaining ghee in the same Kadhai. After transfer to another Bowl, again roast some dry fruits with ghee.
