- 1 cup mava
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 3 tbsp milk powder
- 15 cashew nuts

- 6-7 cardamom
- Pinch green food colour
Instructions to make Lauki Ka Halwa
- Peel and grate lauki. Squeeze the grated lauki in palm and remove excess water.
- In a pan, add 2 tbsp ghee, add lauki, milk and sugar. Cook for 15 minutes stirring continuously till slightly thickened.
- Add mava, cardamom powder and cook well. Add milk powder. Add dry fruits and remaining ghee. Mix well.
- Switch off the gas. Add green food colour.
- Garnish with dryfruits and serve hot.
