  5. Add chopped nut (u can fry nuts in desi ghee separately and add too) continue to cook on medium flame add ghee and mix
  6. Cook 2 to 3 minutes again add ghee continue to cook till mixture starts becoming dry and crumbly and releases ghee from sides of pan then it is ready
