- Now add all the ingredients of the batter...heat oil in a kadhai...keep the gas in low flame...fill the batter in a milk packet...cut the end and start making jalebis....while u r making jalebis the gas should be in a low flame...once it starts coming up medium the gas flame...once the jalebi is golden brown and crispy...soak it in sugar syrup
- Garnish it with pistachio and serve hot
