  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup full fat milk
  4. 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
  5. 1/2 cup dry fruits sliced

Instructions to make Halwa

  1. To make this delicious healthy bottle gourd halwa first we will take young bottle gourd wash and peel it out.now we will grate it finely with help of grater.there are two ways to make it 1 by pan 2)by oven
  2. For oven mix grated bottle gourd,milk,sugar cardamom powder in bowl and put inside oven for high for 5 minute first and than for 30 minutes medium keep checking in between to get desired consistency.
  3. For pan Now heat clarified butter/ghee in pan and saute shredded bottle gourd for till it becomes tender.add sugar and combine well by adding slowly full fat milk cover pan and let it b cooked in low medium flame for some time.
  4. Now remove lid and check consistency it will become thick as it will absorb all liquids.go on mixing with spatula till it becomes like soft dough add mix dry fruits green colour(optional)cardamom powder and give it a good stir.
  5. Our halwa is ready to serve.
