  2. 1 litre full cream milk
  3. 1/2 cup grated khoya or mawa

  1. Firstly wash all carrots and clean it. Now peel off and grate in a bowl.

  6. Give it a good mix and cook until the sugar dissolves and thickens.
  7. Now gajar ka halwa is ready to serve. Sprinkle chopped Dryfruits on the top. The tasty delightful dessert is ready to eat. Enjoy it.
