- 2 tsp Suji/Semolina
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
- 2 tsp desiccated Coconut powder
- 2 tsp chopped cashews & almonds

- Heat the pan take ghee when ghee is heated add besan & suji in it & roast till golden brown in slow flame.
- In slow flame besan should be roasted approx 20 minutes continuously stir till colour get changed then off the flame.
- Meanwhile take another pan for making sugar syrup add 1/2 cup sugar & 1/4 cup water in it stir continuously in low flame.
- For sugar syrup sugar dissolves completely & it should be 1 string consistency.
- When sugar syrup is ready turn the roasted besan mixture in it now add cardomom powder & mix well & turn off the flame.
- Immediate turn the mixture into grease plate or any container for setting shape.
- Now on top spread desiccated coconut powder & chopped dry fruits over mixture & slowly press it.
- Allow to set for 20-30 minutes completely.
- Now cut pieces as per you want like diamond or square shape.
