  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 1 cup water
  4. 1/4 cup clarified butter (ghee)
  5. 3 green cardamom (elaichi)

  8. 1/4 tsp food colour (zarday ka rung)

  3. Add semolina to syrup, add food colour, and cook until mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat. Serve in wok and garnish with slivered almonds and pistachios.
