- Take a thick bottom pan.. Heat ghee in it
- Now add suji... Roast it on low flame
- Once it gets roasted add almond paste...don't make it brown
- Also add chopped nuts.. Roast it for 2 mins more
- Now gradually add water, sugar and milk... Also add elachi powder.. Cover it and cook for 5 mins on very low heat... Till it leaves oil..
- Garnish it with chopped nuts... Serve hot
