- 4 tbsp Ghee -
- 1 tsp Hari Elaichi Powder -
- 2 tbsp Gond -
- 2 tbsp Badam and Kaju -
- Ghee for frying (separate)

- Mix both jowar and wheat flour in a bowl and add 2 tbsp ghee to it.
- Knead the flour in a soft dough.
- Now in a pan add ghee (take as required) and fry gond.
- Crush this gond in a bowl.
- After that make muthiya (8 to 10 nos.) with the dough and fry them in ghee.
- Let them fry till they change golden brown on low flame.
- Now remove it a bowl and let them cool.
- Now grind the muthiyas finely into grinder.
- Take this mixture of muthiyas in a pan and dry roast it for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Now in a pan add remaining 2 tbsp ghee and add jaggery.
- As soon as the jaggery melts add 1 tbsp water and add gond powder to it.
- Mix these things well and now add the muthiya's powder to it and mix well.
- Now take a greased tray and spread the mixture evenly over it.
- Garnish it with the dry fruits and let it cool.
- After its properly set cut in to barfis and enjoy.
- Here our healthy barfi is ready..!!
