- Peel and cut banana into thick slices and keep aside.(don't use regular banana use rajeli kela(banana).
- Take a kadhai and heat ghee put banana and cook them sometime(donot stir it continue)fry them carefully for 3 to 5 mins only and remove.
- In that kadhai pour milk and sugar +yellow colour + mawa + fresh cream and cook for 5 mins then put banana mix it and cover and cook for 10 to 15 mins on low heat.
- Your delicious banana halwa is ready.
