- Heat the pan and melt the ghee. Add semolina into pan and roast it well on low flame till it turns golden brown. Do remember to stir continuously.
- Heat the milk in separate container. When milk comes to boil switch off the gas. Keep it aside.
- Now add chopped cashews,raisin and almonds in a same pan of semolina and mix it well.
- Add boiled milk in a pan. Mix well till the milk is entirely absorbed.
- Finally add sugar and mix well and cover for 5 minutes.
- Open the lid add cardamom powder and saffron mix well. Now remove the pan from the heat.
- Satyanarayan Prasad is ready for navaidayam.
