Take a pan add water and sugar then add pinch saffron, add a pinch of yellow food colour in sugar syrup
Boil for 5 to 7 minutes. Then add cardamom powder. Rest for 10 minutes - Heat a pan. Add ghee. Keep the flame on low to medium then put the batter in the sauce bottle, pour batter into the ghee to make spiral-shaped jalebis. Continue making all the jalebis in similar way. Cook them until golden and crisp.
- Dip into the syrup for 15-20 mins. Add chopped pistachios and serve warm.
