  4. Add the roasted peanuts to the pan and mix well. till peanuts are well coated with the jaggery syrup.
  5. Switch off the flame and quickly pour the chikki mixture on the greased board.With the help of rolling pin,roll it, crush and set the level of chikki.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature.
  7. Notes ----This chikki is completely depending upon the jaggery. jaggery syrup should be cooked perfectly.Then chikki will be crunchy.
