Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make No Cook Besan and Badam Laddu:
- 1 cup roasted gram (bhuna channa) without skin
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1 tablespoon skinned almond powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder
- 4 almonds (chopped) to garnish
Steps to make No Cook Besan and Badam Laddu
- Grind the roasted gram in mixer to a very fine and smooth powder which will have same texture of dry besan.
- Take out in a bowl, then grind sugar to a fine powder. Now combine all the ingredients except ghee and cardamom powder, and grind again to a smooth powder.
