- 1 cup finely chopped Capsicum
- 1 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 cup grated Carrot
- Ginger garlic paste
- 2 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- Semolina
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- sticks Ice cream

- Firstly, fring corn kernels with the help of little water into a paste.
- Now to corn paste add all the veggies, ginger garlic paste, and the masalas.
- Add 2 tbsp Cornflour and 1 cup Breadcrumbs. Mix well.
- Try to make a ball. If you are still unable to bind it in a ball, add some more cornflour.
- Shape them into Lollipops and insert ice cream sticks.
- Coat it well with sooji to give that extra crunch.
- Fry these lollipops in medium-hot oil on medium flame.
- When they turn golden from both sides, take it out and sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice over it.
