- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- To taste salt
- 1 cup besan (gram flour)
- as needed oil
Steps to make Bitter Gourd Lollipop
- Heat a pan add 2 tbsp oil add hing,chopped onion,garlic& green chilli saute till onion becomes golden brown.Add ginger paste stir 1 mints.
- Adf all dry masala mix it well.Then add boiled & mashed chana dal mix it well.Than add desiccated coconut mix it well & cook nicely.
- Wash & cut in the middle portion of the bitter gourd & deseed it.Stuff the chana dal stuffing. press the toothpick one side of the bitter gourd.Make besan slurry mix with red chilli powder,salt.Dip the bitter gourd on besan slurry & deep fry.
- Bitter gourd Lollipop is ready.
