- Now firstly fry suji (rava) with half of ghee...When suji becomes golden brown than keep it aside.
- Now fry the besan (chickpea flour)with remaining ghee..When it becomes light golden,you may sprinkle few drops of water..Then fry it until all water drops gets absorbed...Put off the gas..
- Now mix roasted suji,besan,dry fruits(chopped almonds,cashewnuts,raisins &coconut powder),grated gud,cardamom powder very well.
- Now add cardamom powder & milk & mix it well Cover it for 3mins.
- Now take a handful mixture & bind ladoos with tight hands..Repeat the process until all done.
- You may keep this laddoo in airtight jar It may remains fresh for more than 20 days
