  3. 250 grams khoya or mawa
  4. 50 grams extra cashew nuts for decoration
  5. 50 grams chironji
  6. 10 green cardamom's powder
  7. 100 grams sugar
  8. 2 tbsp pure ghee
  9. 100 grams powdered sugar

Instructions to make Poste(Poppy seeds) ke laddoo

  1. Take a pan. Put ghee in it.when ghee is hot put grounded Poppy seeds in it and fry on medium flame.
  2. Now add all the dry fruits except cashews that are for decoration.

  4. Now take another pan. dry roast mawa for some time untill it leaves ghee and turns light brown in colour.
  5. Let the mawa cool down. Now mix cardomom powder and sugar powder in it.
  6. Now make balls or laddoos with this mawa mixture. These balls should be bigger than the Poppy seeds one.
  7. Now cover the Poppy seeds ball with mawa mixture ball. Shape it like a proper laddoo with the help of your palm.
  8. Make all the laddoos with the same process.
  9. Decorate them with cashews and serve.
  10. These laddoos are super delicious and a good sauce of energy.
