  1. 1/2 cup lightly roasted rolled oats
  2. 2 tsp ghee
  3. 3/4 cup chopped jaggery
  4. 1/2 cup lightly roasted rolled oats
  5. 2 tbsp pistachios (lightly roasted and chopped)
  6. 2 tbsp almonds (lightly roasted and chopped)
  7. 2 tbsp walnuts (lightly roasted and chopped)
  8. 2 tbsp sesame seeds (lightly roasted)

  1. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in a broad non–stick pan, add the jaggery and cook on a slow flame till the jaggery melts while stirring continuously.
  2. Remove from flame, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Keep aside to cool for 2 minutes.
    Grease your hands with the remaining ¼ tsp of ghee.
    Divide the mixture into 10 equal portions, shape each portion into a round ball by rolling it in between your palms.
  3. Cool completely and store in an air-tight container
