  3. Then heat remaining ghee and add khajur and cook till it comes to the Barfi consistency then add nuts and poppy seeds(khas khas). And mix it very well and cook another 5 minutes then remove from heat.
  4. Let it slightly cool. Then shape them you can shape them into balls and roll and cut Barfi as per your choice.Decorate with some more poppy seeds.
