  5. 2 cup Ghee

  9. As needed Oil for deep fry
  10. 5 tsp Oil for Moin

Instructions to make Laddu

  1. First of all prepare dough. Add flour,oil and hot water. Prepare small cylinder from it.
  2. Deep fry them in low flame. Cook it for 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Let them cool down completely. Now make small piece. Grind it in mixer jar.
  4. Heat ghee in pan add jaggery in it. Mix it well. Cook it for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cardamom powder in it. Prepare small Laddu from it.Decorate it with poppy seeds. Yummy Laddu is ready to serve.
